iana Mahabir Wyatt, BA (Mc Gill University) MSc Edu.(CSUA),
taught at UWI, St. Augustine before joining the Employers'
Consultative Association where she rose to Director of that
Association, as well as of the Caribbean Employers' Confederation
serving for 15 years in that capacity.
She served as a Director of
the National Insurance Board, the National Training Board,
the National Productivity Council, the National Self-Help
Commission and various other national committees and commissions
dealing with personnel and industrial relations.
Since becoming a founding Partner
of PMSL, Diana's portfolio has included the development
of performance management systems, managing the human resource
aspects of organisational change, assessing training needs
and developing training programmes appropriate to the culture
of individual companies, industrial sectors and companies.
She also handles executive "head
hunting", and psychometric testing, executive-level
mediation and internal company investigations, dispute handling
and provides advice, individual coaching and training in
industrial relations, team-work and leadership development
matters.
