Board of Directors

Diana Mahabir-Wyatt

Diana Mahabir Wyatt, BA (Mc Gill University) MSc Edu.(CSUH), taught at UWI, St. Augustine before joining the Employers' Consultative Association where she rose to Director of that Association, as well as of the Caribbean Employers' Confederation serving for 15 years in that capacity.

She served as a Director of the National Insurance Board, the National Training Board, the National Productivity Council, the National Self-Help Commission and various other national committees and commissions dealing with personnel and industrial relations.

Since becoming a founding Partner of PMSL, Diana's portfolio has included the development of performance management systems, managing the human resource aspects of organisational change, assessing training needs and developing training programmes appropriate to the culture of individual companies, industrial sectors and companies.

She also handles executive "head hunting", and psychometric testing, executive-level mediation and internal company investigations, dispute handling and provides advice, individual coaching and training in industrial relations, team-work and leadership development matters.


Martin Scott

Martin Scott worked in the Human Resource Management function at the West Indian Tobacco Company Limited, part of the British American Tobacco Group, for 20 years, including a spell at the Group's Management Training and Development Centre in the UK, and consultancy assignments to associated companies in the Caribbean, serving also on the Board of Directors of WITCO.

Since becoming a founding Partner of PMSL in 1980, Martin focussed in the areas of Industrial Relations, Organisation Restructuring, Executive Recruitment and Compensation and Benefits Administration. He has dealt with a wide portfolio of clients, including multinational companies, in a range of sectors covering Energy, Manufacturing, Finance and Trading. Martin has been Chairman of the Council of the Employers' Consultative Association, a member of the Registration, Recognition and Certification Board, a member of the Management Committee of the Trinidad & Tobago Manufacturers' Association and a member of the Industrial Relations Committee of the Trinidad & Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

Though retired from the daily activities at PMSL, Martin remains a member of the company’s Board of Directors.


Duane Perryman

Duane Perryman graduated from the University of the West Indies (UWI) in 1998 with a BSc. Accounting specialisation. He then worked as a Research Assistant for Dr. Helena Addae (University of Whitewater, Wisconsin) on her doctoral thesis, exploring cross-cultural perspectives affecting Absenteeism and Absence Legitimacy. While at UWI, Duane tutored undergraduate courses in Management and Organisational Behaviour and provided guidance to MSc. Students on research methodology. Duane joined PMSL in 2006 and is currently the Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors. He specialises in the areas of Training, Recruitment and Executive Coaching.

As a Learning and Development Consultant with over 10 years experience, Duane has facilitated many training programmes, as well as managed several learning interventions in the areas of Leadership, Management, Supervision, Customer Service, Presentation Skills, Teamwork, Personal Development, Preparing Leaders for Excellence and Organisational Socialisation/Induction, operating within both the private and public sectors in Trinidad and Tobago with the Disney Cruise Line organisation in the United States of America.


Saadia Lee Ying

Saadia Lee Ying is a Director with PMSL with over 20 years’ experience in Human Resource Management.

Prior to joining PMSL, she worked in the very dynamic and competitive airline industry where she managed Industrial Relations, Salary and Benefits Administration, and Selection and Recruitment. She has also been part of the Organisational Effectiveness Team at BWIA, responsible for process improvement, process re-design and process re-engineering.

Saadia holds a Diploma in Management from the Henley Management College, UK and is also a Certified Professional in the Five Factor Model of Personality Assessment which is used in Recruitment and Selection, Team Building, Conflict Resolution, Leadership Development and Training.


Ken Dalip

Kenneth Dalip holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degree in Chemistry, which has been supplemented by wide and varied industrial experience and extensive management training, with emphasis on Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management.

In a career that spans more than thirty years, he has functioned effectively in senior managerial positions in reputable organizations in the energy, manufacturing and service sectors of the economy and excelled in the practice of Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management at the enterprise and national levels. While representing the interests of employers, particularly in unionized environments, he has successfully cultivated constructive and productive relationships with trade unions, positively impacting the stakeholders.

Ken has been on the Board of Directors of several companies and currently serves as a Director of the Dispute Resolution Centre and as Chairman of the Industrial Relations Committee of the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce. His other professional activities at the national level include membership of the Minimum Wages Board, the Tripartite Committee on Labour Matters and the Business and Labour Advisory Committee on the Caribbean Single Market and Economy (CSME).
