Train the Trainer
Trainers set the foundation for any company with their professionalism and knowledge. Trainers create lasting impressions on employees, exemplifying a company’s values and expectations, as well as ensuring that employees have the necessary skills set to succeed. It can feel really daunting, if you are not accustomed to it, training other people, and people tend to expect a lot.
TRAIN THE TRAINER
Spending three days with us will help you to transition from the traditional lecture-based, instructor-centred training,
to a dynamic, participant-centred, multi-sensory learning format that will engage participants in your programme.
Our approach to this programme is about inspiring and motivating trainers, giving them simple usable skills, and making the training room a really fun and exciting place to be.
At this program you will learn to:
- Adapt your style and material to suit the situation
- Work with difficult situations and people
- Change tack quickly and without fuss
- Meet people's needs and expectations
- Handle your delegates' anxieties and nervousness
- Make learning and development exciting and creative
No matter what kind of training you do - Sales, IT skills, Financial Planning, Interpersonal Skills, Shop Floor Skills - you need to be well prepared and able to handle whatever happens in the training room with panache and professionalism.
We will help you to build your confidence to handle whatever is thrown at you in a training session.
