A DiSC®-Based Approach
The DiSC®-Based Approach to this programme helps the supervisor develop the understanding and self-awareness necessary to manage people. Each participant will complete a DiSC® profile of himself/herself. The results will assist a supervisor to effectively understand interpersonal relationships better. In this way, the supervisor will be able to choose the right approach to improve communication, work goals and improve great teamwork and relationships.
In addition, this workshop explores topics critical to developing effective management skills such as motivation, emotional intelligence, interpersonal and communication skills and time management skills—everything a supervisor needs to manage people effectively.
