Dealing with Criticism and Conflict
This workshop explores ways of dealing with criticism and conflict that will enable administrators to respond assertively and appropriately in ways that protect the self-esteem of all concerned.
Objective:
To demonstrate communication strategies that serve to deflect or eliminate tension inherent in conflict situations.

Administrators will learn approaches for giving and receiving constructive feedback as well as basic conflict reducing strategies.
