Among other things, Admin professionals are project managers as well, from the office party to the company’s sports day. Projects are best managed when done systematically and are planned well in advance.

Objective:

To impart the principles of project management as they relate to advance planning, and control and evaluation systems.

Duration: One day

Target Group:  Administrative professionals (or anyone who has to run a household, plan a vacation or build a new garage).

Outcome:

Participants will learn and be able to employ effective planning and control systems that will enable project completion on time and within budget.
