This programme leads participants through the basic techniques of asserting oneself and influencing other people to your point of view.
Objective of Programme:
To enable people to understand how to sell their ideas to those with whom they come in contact.
Duration: Two days
Target Group:
Customer service representatives, sales people, employees who are unable to assert themselves or who need to learn how to present their ideas better, employees who speak or act in an aggressive manner.
Expected outcome:
- Understanding of the difference between assertiveness and aggressiveness
- Understanding of the lack of effectiveness of submissiveness
- Practice in assertive speaking
