How to be a Good Interviewer?
This is an introduction to the different types of interviewing used in organizations such as Selection, Grievance, Disciplinary, Supervisory, Appraisal and Counseling interviews, who should do the interviews and the different techniques are suitable for each type.

To provide knowledge of and practice in the different types of interviews supervisors and managers are likely to use in organizations.
