Sales Techniques
This programme explores the theory and practice combined to introduce participants to the preparatory work one must do prior to selling, the techniques of sales presentation and the follow-up essentials. Some pre-work is required.
Objective of Programme:
To provide knowledge about selling techniques and practice in carrying out actual sales.
Duration:
Two days. There is also a four half day version to give participants time to practice the techniques on the job and to return to review what difficulties they have experienced.

People involved in sales
Expected outcome: Participants will be able to:-
- Understand how to motivate themselves as salespeople
- Do the necessary research about the product or services they will be selling
- Develop a relationship with the customer
- Organize sales routes
- Make a sales presentation
- Do the necessary follow-up work to maintain customers
