This program explores the theory and practice of techniques of selling products or services by phone.
Objective of Programme:
To enable telemarketing personnel to use appropriate and effective techniques for the unique situation of selling over the phone.
Duration: Two days
Target Group:
People who use the phone to present an organization’s image professionally such as receptionists, and those who use the phone to persuade clients to buy or use the organisation’s services and products.
Expected outcome: Participants will be able to:-
- Understand the advantages of selling by phone
- Cross-sell on the phone
- Deal with hostile or aggressive customers
- Identify and get through to the person with the authority to buy
- Make a sales presentation over the phone keep appropriate sales records
- Take appropriate follow-up action.
