A “how to” programme with a practice session on the principles behind the ‘marketing mix’ and how these apply to marketing the services of a professional.
Objective of Programme:
To enable professionals and their support staff to develop and maintain an image appropriate to the status and function of the profession involved.

Those establishing themselves in a professional practice or committed to a profession within an organization and their immediate support staff
Expected outcome: Participants will be able to:-
- Understand the marketing mix as it applies to professions
- Recognise the public relations and communication functions necessary to project a professional image including matters of dress and grooming, environment and use of technology
- Recognise the importance of client orientation
- Deal with difficult customers
