Leading Change Workshop for Managers and Supervisors
Based on the needs and goals for change of each individual organization, this Workshop is re-designed each time to fit the needs of the organization and the stage in the change process it is experiencing. It is a highly experiential Workshop in which the participants learn by doing
Objective of Programme:
To enable participants to recognize the need for and process of organizational change and to guide their people through it.
Duration: Two days
Target Group: Supervisors and Managers responsible for leading people through organizational change
Expected outcome: Participants will be able to:-
- Identify the need for specific and identifiable change in their organization
- Recognise the psychological and emotional impact of change on people in the organization and on customers
- Identify actions they can take to bring about a healthy response to change
- Develop a plan to guide people through change
