Leading Change Workshop for Employees

A companion program to the Workshop on Leading Change for Managers and Supervisors, this Workshop introduces employees to the concept of change, and using experiential methods helps them to adjust to it.

Objective of Programme:

To enable employees   faced with organizational change to understand the need for it and to identify ways in which they can make the transition   as comfortable as possible

Duration: Two days

Target Group: Employees in a changing   organizational environment

Expected outcome: Participants will be able to:-

  • Identify the need for specific and identifiable changes within their organization
  • Recognize the psychological and emotional impact that change may have on themselves and their co-workers
  • Identify the losses they will face and the opportunities created by the change
  • Develop resilience to change
