Human Resource Management
This is a modular program that covers all the “nuts and bolts” aspects of human resource management from Manpower Planning and Forecasting, through Recruitment and Selection, Employee Records, Statutory Observances, Employee Development, Performance Management, Discipline, Wage and Salary Administration, Job Evaluation and Termination
Objective of Programme:
To enable Human Resource practitioners to up-date themselves on new theories and techniques in Human Resource Management, adapt them to Caribbean culture and realities, to share experiences and “what works and what doesn’t”, and to gain practical experience through experiential exercises.
Duration:
This varies according to the size and experience of the group. Usually it covers a period of five or more days
Target Group: Human Resource Managers and support personnel.
Expected outcome: Participants will be able to:-
