Management Responsibilities under the Industrial Relations Act

A review, with real-life examples, of the responsibilities managers have been given under the Industrial Relations Act and the possible penalties they may face if they knowingly or unwittingly breach any of them.

Objective of Programme:

To ensure that managers are aware of their statutory industrial relations obligations.

Duration: One half-day

Target Group: Managers and Supervisors

Expected outcome: Participants will be able to:-

  • Understand what responsibilities they have   and what actions to avoid in discharging their industrial relations duties
