Grievance and Dispute Handling
A workshop on the practical aspects of handing grievances and disputes that arise at the workplace
Objective of Programme:
To equip Supervisors and Managers to be pro-active in avoiding disputes and grievances at the work place and to equip them to handle such issues when they do arise.
Duration: One day
Target Group: Supervisors, managers and industrial relations support staff
Expected outcome: Participants will be able to:-
- Plan and establish systems for avoidance of grievances and disputes at the workplace
- Establish grievance procedures
- Establish disputes procedures
- Handle the processing of grievances and disputes when they do arise and do so in accordance with the law
