An introductory workshop to familiarize   people with the Industrial Court, its procedures and practices.

Objective of Programme:

To enable people who may have to give evidence in the Court or accompany   staff members who may be asked to give evidence to understand the court protocols for behaviour.

Duration: One day, including a visit to the court itself.

Target Group:

Human Resources Managers and support staff and any managers or other employees who may be called upon to give evidence in Court

Expected outcome: Participants will be able to:-

• Attend sittings of the Industrial Court
• Give evidence before the Industrial Court   comfortably
