Dealing With Indiscipline on the Job

An examination of the major   types of indiscipline on the job, their causes and how to manage them

Objective of Programme:

To enable Supervisors and managers to manage indiscipline in the workplace without stirring up even greater problems and resentment.

Duration: One day

Target Group: Supervisors and Managers

Expected outcome: Participants will be able to:-

  • Understand the principles of natural justice
  • Identify different systems of discipline
  • Define behavioural standards expected on the job
  • Carry out a gap analysis where it comes to discipline
  • Handle disciplinary problems when they arise.
