A thorough examination of the structure and provisions of the Maternity Protection Act and how it inter-relates with other legislation and collective agreements

To enable employers of workers subject to maternity leave to understand their obligations and the employees’ entitlements.

Duration: One   half day

Target Group:

Human Resource personnel and   managers responsible for calculating employee benefits and entitlements
