Dealing With Criticism and Conflict

A workshop distinguishing between healthy and harmful types of conflict and how to deal with both types. How to critcise without being offensive and how to accept criticism without being defensive.

Objective of Programme:

To enable participants to deal with criticism and conflict in a healthy and positive way , both on the giving and receiving ends.

Duration: Two days

Target Group: People who find it difficult to accept or give criticism, or who are fearful of conflict

Expected outcome: Participants will be able to:-

  • Identify positive and negative ways of dealing with criticism
  • Explore ways of dealing with anger
  • Understand the politics of aggression in the workplace
  • Distinguish between verbal and non-verbal aggression
  • Handle criticism without becoming defensive
  • Criticize without being offensive.
