An examination of   the phenomenon of sexual harassment in the workplace and the industrial relations implications thereof.

Objective of Programme:

To sensitise managers to the issues and risks of sexual harassment at the workplace, and the Industrial Court’s guidelines on the matter.

Duration: One day

Target Group:

Managers and supervisors and Human resource management staff, particularly in a situation where a sexual harassment policy is being established or needs to be established.

Expected outcome: Participants will be able to:-

• Determine the employer’s liability in sexual harassment cases
• Understand what constitutes sexual harassment
• Access the Industrial Court’s response and guidelines
