Performance Management Systems Design

An effective Performance Management System offers more promise for employee and organisational productivity than any other Human Resource Management system.

PMSL’s Performance Management Systems Design service is aimed with the customer in mind through our process. PMSL’s Consultant will:

  • Recommend Performance Management Systems best suited to the needs of the organisation.
  • Conduct workshops for employees involved in the planning, monitoring and appraisal processes and follows this up with coaching
  • Integrate other performance measurement systems e.g. Balanced Scorecards into the Performance Management System
  • Prepare policy guidelines and develop the mechanics for implementation of the System
  • Assist in evaluating and updating the System
