Strategic Planning

Most organisations do Strategic Planning in one form or another – certainly every organisation that draws up an annual budget is doing so, based on assumptions about the future and direction of the organisation. It is not rocket science, but a well-structured plan, done in a logical sequence is the basis for effective performance management of any organisation.

PMSL will assist any organisation to come to terms with the planning process, tying it into the company’s goals for the following year and extending it to a one, three and five year cycle.
