anille James holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, with a minor in Human Resource Management from the University of the West Indies (UWI). At UWI she was awarded a prize for Psychological Research, based on her Final Year Research Project. She later attained a Master's Degree (with Merit) from the University of Westminster, London, UK.
In the UK, she worked in the mobile telecommunications industry as a Team Leader and Customer Safety Manager for a multinational mobile chat service provider, using business psychological principles to improve the quality of her team's output, and maximise customer satisfaction.
Since returning to Trinidad, Janille has worked in the field of Human Resource Management, gaining experience in a range of areas including job evaluation, recruitment and training needs assessment.
Janille is a member of the Girl Guides Association of Trinidad and Tobago, where she leads a group of teenage girls, and does training for adult members of the Association.
As a Consultant at PMSL, Janille has primary responsibility for Psychometric Assessment.
