Communication Strategies
It is critical that effective communication
takes place at every stage of the processes that take place
during and after mergers and acquisitions. Strategies must
be in place to deal with affected employees as well as the
various publics served by the Company.
Often overlooked is the problem of morale
for those employees who remain with a Company after colleagues
have been retrenched. The retention of confidence and effective
performance require clear thinking and ongoing information
flows that reassure and motivate employees and customers.
