In-company training

All in-company training is designed after discussion and analysis with the client, with the objective of determining and designing the necessary programmes to improve performance in targeted areas. Sometimes training is sufficient. More often, training constitutes only a part of an overall performance improvement programme. These programmes can range from individual one-on-one coaching and performance counselling sessions to seminars and workshops for up to 20 people at a time, either on company premises or at an outside venue.

Programmes
range from those that deal with Industrial Relations problems to helping staff become more team-work and customer oriented, helping them to learn how to speak to internal and external customers, deal with difficult people, handle conflict and criticism, and cope with grievance and discipline handling. Other specially targeted areas include:

• Teamwork and Leadership
• Motivation and Self Esteem
• The Social Side of Business
• Recruitment Interviewing
• Emotional Intelligence
• Assertiveness Skills
