Training Performance improvement

• Administration Skills for Administrative Assistants
Making Administrative Assistants more efficient makes the executives they work for more organised and productive.
Our Administrative Training is designed to take competent secretaries and clerical staff to the status of competent administrators - to take the pressure of administrative detail work off the shoulders of managers, freeing them up to do the creative planning, the development and evaluation work that management needs, and seldom gets, time to do.

• Industrial Relations
PMSL provides a cluster of Industrial Relations programmes, which are short, practical workshops intended to give practitioners the tools they can use the next day. These are not academic courses - they do not replace a degree or diploma - they are workshops designed to provide people in industrial relations, supervisory and management positions with ongoing and up-to-date industrial relations information to enable them to handle the practical realities of on-the-job industrial relations. PMSL has specialised in supervisory management training since 1980. Our Supervisory programmes are assessed and upgraded annually to provide, on a graduated basis, the skills that supervisors need to do their jobs.

• Interpersonal Skills / Emotional Intelligence
Technical skills alone do not win customers. People-handling skills are essential. Recent studies show that up to 78% of lost business results from poor customer relations,12% from defective products and 10% from competition. To lose customers is to lose business, which in today's competitive environment, no one can afford. PMSL offers in-company training in:
